As a company that manufactures its own products, we have the opportunity to control the working conditions in production. We can be sure that every single member of staff is employed in full compliance with the employment laws of their land. We can guarantee that they are fairly paid and treated with respect. It is in our hands to support the individual and to train the workforce – e.g. with health and safety training.
Ecology / Environment
How seriously we take the subject of sustainability can be seen clearly in Bangladesh and Vietnam. Sewage treatment plants have been installed in the factories to ensure that the environment is not adversely affected by the colours and the washes the textiles are subjected to. A large proportion of ozone-washing machines in our factories ensure, in addition, that the washing processes are particularly environmentally friendly. In Vietnam, we are already using 100% LED lighting. In all other locations we are currently in the process of replacing the existing lighting systems with LED ones.
In addition to that, in all factories, the sewing machines are being constantly updated with servomotors. In the production facility in Vietnam – which is outfitted above and beyond all guidelines and regulations – the energysaving drive is now standard.
Social Responsibility
In all safety-related aspects, our operations are in perfect health. Secure fire doors and fire extinguishers have been installed in all factories, and we have heavily invested in fire alarm systems. We ensure that regular fire training takes place and train certain staff specifically to provide first aid and to answer safety-related or fire prevention questions.

As a sustainable business, we strive through actions, influences and leaderships to be more sustainable by reducing carbon emissions and energy management. Our company will keep seeking any possibilities to reduce carbon emissions and lessen our carbon footprints on the climate change.
Our Commitments
We commit reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent lower than 2019 levels before 2030. We are committing reduction of scope 1 and 2 emissions from our 2019 baseline by 50% before 2030.
Our Impacts
We recognize that our major contribution to sustainability, particularly the environment, is via the daily works to raise up the conscious of workers and responsibilities of our management ; ensuring that our activities whenever possible, have the least harmful impacts on our environments. Our approach will be reducing carbon emissions wherever possible, mitigate the impacts what we cannot avoid through alternative methods, the management will keep on invest those measures to reduce our carbon footprints in a sustainable way.
